SHADOWSIDE To Take Part In Live Broadcast From The Studio

Brazilian female-fronted metallers SHADOWSIDE will open the doors of Studio Fredman in Gothenburg, Sweden, to all Internet users. On Thursday, January 27 at 2:30 p.m. Central European Time (GMT +1),they will broadcast live via Twitcam the recording process of their new album. The bandmembers will also be talking to the fans and answering questions live.

SHADOWSIDE's new CD is being produced by Fredrik Nordström, who has previously worked with AT THE GATES, IN FLAMES, DARK TRANQUILLITY, ARCH ENEMY, SOILWORK and BRING ME THE HORIZON, among others. A spring/summer release via SHP Records is expected. The CD will feature the song "Gag Order", which the band debuted during its recent two-month European tour as the support act for W.A.S.P.

SHADOWSIDE currently consists of Dani Nolden (vocals),Raphael Mattos (guitarist),Ricardo Piccoli (bass) and Fabio Buitvidas (drums). The band's tour with W.A.S.P lasted nearly two months, hitting such countries as Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania and Estonia.

SHADOWSIDE recently inked a deal with SHP Records for the North American release of the "Dare To Dream" album. The deal also includes the worldwide release of the group's next CD.

"Dare to Dream" was produced and mixed by Dave Schiffman (RED HOT CHILLI PEPPERS, SYSTEM OF A DOWN, AUDIOSLAVE, AVENGED SEVENFOLD) and mastered by Howie Weinberg, whose client list includes several gold- and platinum-selling artists, such as AEROSMITH, IRON MAIDEN, METALLICA, PANTERA and RUSH.
